What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out risk assessments, safety audits and monthly health and safety checks across departments.
- Coordinate bi‑annual Legal training and annual refresher sessions with full compliance.
- Monitor and support Legal training for new starters, including online modules.
- Audit training records and staff transfers to ensure policy adherence.

Your Working Hours
Part‑time contract, fully flexible. Guaranteed minimum 32 hours over a 4‑week period, with possible additional hours as operational requirements. Includes weekends and bank holidays.

- Strong understanding of Housekeeping operations and legal compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using PC‑based learning systems.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to inspire trust and credibility.
