What you'll be doing:
- Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
- Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
- Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Working hours:
Full‑time Contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4‑week period; may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. Role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
