Longleat Forest | £30,600 per annum plus tips. Vitalé Café Bar serves Mediterranean-style dishes and drinks in Aqua Sana Forest Spa. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one. We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Vitalé Café Bar team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
- Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
- Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Your working hours
Vitalé Café Bar is open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm. Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 8:30am to 8:30pm. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
