Dexters Kitchen is a table service fast food restaurant serving quick, family‑friendly favourites. Join our Dexters Kitchen team as a Restaurant Manager, where you'll drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and tackle daily operational challenges to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. Your leadership will inspire and develop a motivated team while ensuring high standards and financial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences.
- Manage budgets, monitor performance and implement cost‑control measures.
- Support team development through training and performance management.
- Foster a positive culture that promotes wellbeing, morale and collaboration.

Your working hours
Full‑time contract, 160 contracted hours per 4‑week period. Working straight shifts, fully flexible. This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
About You
- Proven leadership experience with strong influencing skills.
- Strong financial skills, including delivery and business planning.
- Good computer literacy and analytical ability.
- Experience in a large organisation with full management responsibility.
- Experienced in training and developing teams to drive performance and growth.
- Motivational, empathetic leadership with a focus on coaching and individuals to be accountable for their own performance.
