Center Parcs UK & Ireland is recruiting for an Assistant Kitchen Manager / Senior Chef de Partie at Whinfell Forest. Circa £34,200 per annum plus tips, full-time, shift pattern 1:30pm–11:00pm, guaranteed minimum 150 hours over 4 weeks, with additional hours as needed.
You will assist in leading a kitchen team, control food costs and margins, ensure high food quality and guest satisfaction, and maintain compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced resort operation.
