The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 € per hour.

The Pottery Studio provides activities for adults and children. In this role, you will offer guidance and support on ceramic painting while maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Excellent customer service skills are required to ensure guest requirements are met and opportunities to exceed expectations are sought.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support on ceramic painting to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the studio.
  • Glaze pots within agreed timescales.
  • Multitask and oversee busy activities in a bustling environment.
  • Ensure safety and efficient operation of the studio.

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and guests.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Naturally cheerful disposition.

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of kilns and ability to load, unload and operate them.
  • Experience within the leisure industry.
  • Previous pottery experience with current ceramic techniques.

Hours

Part‑time and full‑time contracts available on a flexible basis. Hours may vary week to week, but contracted hours will always be paid. Working days include public/bank holidays and rostered periods during Christmas and New Year.
