Help keep the forest feeling fresh. Join our Housekeeping management team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department. You'll manage a team of Team Leaders and oversee up to 90 colleagues, driving high standards and exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Organise and allocate housekeeping duties to maintain high standards
- Support budget and payroll management to meet divisional targets
- Assist with recruitment and coordinate training for Housekeeping colleagues
- Promote team wellbeing, motivation and performance through effective leadership

Your Working Hours
- Part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 8am and 8pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4‑week period.
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
