Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest. Join our team as a Spa Receptionist and be the welcoming face of Aqua Sana Forest Spa, providing a warm, professional service while ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience for every guest from arrival to departure.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver friendly and professional front-of-house service to all guests
  • Handle bookings, queries and the smooth running of the reception area
  • Support treatment and retail sales to maximise profitability
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards

Your working hours

Part-time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role will include working 2 out of 4 weekends.
