From the time our guests arrive to the minute they leave, we want them to enjoy every moment of their stay. Taking part in family activities is one of the principal reasons guests come to Center Parcs, and our high standard of facilities and focus on delivering a quality experience helps ensure they return.
Working as part of a team, you will help set up and deliver challenging, interesting, fun and memorable family activities suitable for everyone from 12 months upwards, including activities such as Crazy Science, Mini Ballerinas or Football sessions. The role is as diverse as your abilities allow and you may wear a costume to make those smiles happen. We’re looking for people with naturally outgoing personalities and a confident, cheerful nature to make our guests feel happy with their choice of activity. Customer service skills and the ability to engage with all ages will help you flourish here at Center Parcs.
The successful candidate will have a naturally outgoing personality and enjoy working as part of a team to deliver interesting, entertaining and challenging activities whilst providing a high standard of guest and childcare within a safe environment. Certain sessions may involve wearing a costume. The age ranges of the guests you will deliver activities to range from 12 months to adults.
Due to the sensitive nature of this role, the successful applicant will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) Check. This disclosure, together with other selection information, will need to be satisfactory to the Company for employment to commence.

This is a fixed-term contract until 7th May 2026. You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. Shifts will fall between 8am and 8pm. As our village is open 365 days a year, your working hours will include 3 out of 4 weekends, public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.

- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with both adults and children
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
Desirable requirements:
- Previous experience of working within the customer care industry
- Previous activity leadership experience
- Confidence to demonstrate new skills to a group of participants (children/adults)
