As a Lifeguard in our Subtropical Swimming Paradise, you'll help create a safe and welcoming experience for every guest. You'll uphold the highest health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest care.

What You'll Be Doing
Monitor pool areas, ensuring guest safety and responding to emergencies
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Maintain cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards
Complete NPLQ training and demonstrate rescue and first aid skills
To be a Lifeguard, you must be a strong swimmer and pass a swim test during the interview, which includes diving into deep water, timed swimming on front and back and exiting the pool without assistance.
Trainee Lifeguards must attend a 5-day NPLQ course. Employment is subject to passing the course. The course includes classroom sessions on Lifeguard responsibilities, observing pool guests, performing rescues and administering first aid and CPR.

Full‑time and part‑time contracts, shifts fall between 8:45am and 8:45pm
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 to 110 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
