Vitalé Café Bar, located within the Aqua Sana Forest Spa, offers guests delicious, fresh food in a relaxed atmosphere. The menu includes Mediterranean-inspired salads, tapas, pasta dishes, breakfast options, and sweet treats, complemented by specialty teas, hot chocolates, or bubbles for special occasions.
We seek a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly team. You will assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, working to high standards in a setting that combines popular menus with quality food and service.
The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team and have a desire to learn and develop. Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Please ensure you can reliably commute to Center Parcs Elveden Forest (IP24 3TR). Public transport options are limited; please review your commute plan.
HOURS OF WORK
Working straight shifts, contracted for 96 hours over 4 weeks on a flexible schedule. Shifts occur between 7am and 9pm, including 3 out of 4 weekends. Work includes public/bank holidays, Christmas, and New Year on a rota basis.
