Help keep the forest feeling fresh. Report to the Accommodation Services Manager. Deliver effective training and ongoing support to Housekeeping Managers and their teams. Ensure training requirements are met to uphold service excellence and compliance standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver colleague and induction training in collaboration with Housekeeping Managers.
- Organise and maintain legal compliance training and accurate training records.
- Provide corrective training when required to uphold standards.
- Assist with recruitment process of Housekeeping colleagues.

Your Working Hours
- Part-time contract, fully flexible.
- Guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4-week period.
- May be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.

About You
- Confident and motivational with an empathetic and supportive approach.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office.
- Experienced in delivering on-the-job training.
- Good awareness of general workplace health and safety.
