At Center Parcs, all our accommodation has been designed and built to the highest standards, so we need a team to uphold these standards and exceed guest expectations. Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and for looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping cleaning operation, providing sufficient training and development to your team.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are achieved in our public areas and office space and monitor cleaning standards.
  • Contribute to the achievement of all departmental targets.
  • Assist with the organisation and allocation of duties and ensure the wellbeing and motivation of your team.

Requirements:

Essential requirements:

  • Sociably confident with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Basic technology literacy.
  • Have a motivational approach towards colleagues and work.
  • Empathetic and supportive approach to leading a team.

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience of leading a team in a service driven environment.
  • Previous experience in the cleaning and/or hospitality industry.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Coaches individuals to be accountable for their own performance.
  • Full clean driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months.

Hours of Work:

You will be contracted to work 120 or 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. These shifts will fall between 4:45 am and 10 pm and will include working 2 out of 4 weekends. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
