What You'll Be Doing
- Clean, prepare and support accommodation areas to agreed standards, including deep‑cleaning tasks when required
- Deliver, collect and replenish linen, towels, furniture, cleaning materials and inventory across accommodation and village locations
- Support stock, stores, laundry and logistics activity, including receiving deliveries, loading and unloading vehicles, and completing records accurately
- Carry out guest‑ready, health and safety or smoke detector checks where required, reporting defects or maintenance issues promptly
- Provide friendly, helpful service to guests and colleagues while working safely, efficiently and to high standards
- Work flexibly across different Housekeeping support activities, which may include outdoor work and manual handling tasks
