Action Challenge offers a wide range of exciting and extreme activities for all ages and abilities. Guests can take to the sky and tackle High Ropes or explore the forest canopy in Aerial Adventure and Aerial Tree Trekking, before whizzing through the woodland on a zip wire. Indoor Climbing Adventure, The Drop and Mini Trek are perfect for little ones wanting their first taste of adventure, all guided by our expert team.

HIGH ROPES INSTRUCTOR (TRAINEE / QUALIFIED) | Β£13.29 per hour
In this role, you will meet and greet our guests at Action Challenge, and you will coach and supervise them in a range of exciting activities in a manner that allows them to have great fun whilst feeling safe and secure. Your engagement with our guests will enrich their holiday experience, encouraging them to return and tell their friends.
You will be responsible for instructing sessions such as high ropes, indoor and outdoor climbing, abseiling, tree trekking and Aerial Adventure. You will set up and maintain equipment ensuring all safety checks are carried out in accordance with company guidelines.

Hours of Work
You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
We also have student friendly contracts available.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
You will need to be available for essential training on the following dates 2nd March β 6th March & 9th March β 13th March
About You
Essential requirements:
- Able to perform under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with working at height for prolonged periods
- Sociably confident with an outgoing, cheerful approach
- Works well in a team
- Physically capable to meet the demands of the role
- Must be aged 18 years or over
Desirable requirements:
- Previous experience of working within the leisure / customer service industry
- Experience of Outdoor Sports Activities
