We are looking for a High Ropes Instructor to join the Action Challenge team at Center Parcs UK & Ireland.

If adrenaline-fuelled activities are your passion, you can guide guests through a range of high ropes, indoor & outdoor climbing, abseiling, tree trekking and aerial adventures, ensuring safety and fun.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests at Action Challenge.
  • Coach and supervise guests in high ropes, indoor and outdoor climbing, abseiling, tree trekking, and aerial adventure activities.
  • Set up and maintain equipment, carrying out safety checks in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Encourage guests to have a memorable experience and promote repeat visits.

Hours of Work

  • Contracted to work 60 or 90 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis.
  • Shifts fall between 8 am and 7 pm, including 3 out of 4 weekends and 2 mid‑week shifts.
  • Working hours include public/bank holidays and may include Christmas and/or New Year rotations.

Training & Availability

  • Must be available from 1 December 2025 to 12 December 2025 for a 2‑week training/assessment plan.

Essential Requirements

  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Comfortable working at height for prolonged periods.
  • Sociably confident with an outgoing, cheerful approach.
  • Works well in a team.
  • Physically capable to meet the demands of the role.
  • Must be aged 18 years or over.

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience in the leisure or customer service industry.
  • Experience of outdoor sports activities.
