Overview
Be among the first applicants for the Guest Services Assistant (Fixed-Term) role at Center Parcs Whinfell Forest. You will help check in around 4,000 guests twice a week at each Village and be the key point of contact for guest queries, concerns and issues at any time of day or year. The role contributes to delivering an experience that exceeds guests’ expectations from arrival to departure.
GUEST SERVICES ASSISTANT (Fixed-Term) | £12.69 per hour
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. You will provide guests with advice, answer queries and resolve problems. You will need to handle guest complaints confidently and escalate issues as necessary. Other responsibilities include checking guests in at the Arrivals Lodge, handling enquiries on the Maintenance Helpdesk, booking activities on the leisure booking system and reporting faults to the Technical Services and Housekeeping departments. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be willing to interact with guests via telephone and face-to-face channels.

Hours of Work
This is a fixed-term contract until 15 January 2026. You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. Your days and hours may vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. The village operates 365 days a year, so working hours will include public/bank holidays and Christmas/New Year on a rota basis.
