Hybrid role with office, mix of home-working and travel to our villages based in the UK and Ireland will be required. At Center Parcs, our people are our greatest asset, and we’re looking for an experienced operational leader to play a pivotal role in how our villages are maintained, protected, and operated. Working at significant scale and complexity, this role helps ensure our villages remain safe, compliant, and fully operational for thousands of guests and colleagues every week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Technical Leadership & Single Point of Contact – Act as the primary point of contact for all village Accommodation Asset Managers on technical matters, ensuring consistency, clarity and best practice across the estate.
  • Driving Best Practice & Cross‑Village Collaboration – Develop, maintain and enhance strong relationships with village‑based Accommodation Asset Managers, promoting cross‑village collaboration and the sharing of effective working practices.
  • Asset Management & Planned Maintenance Delivery – Support the Head of Technical Services and Assets in the development and on‑site implementation of asset management and planned maintenance systems and protocols, ensuring a robust and accurate asset register is established and maintained.
  • Business Continuity & Emergency Preparedness – Assist the Head of Technical Services and Assets in the development of emergency procedures and recovery plans, supporting effective response to both minor and major technical incidents across the villages.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Large‑Scale, Multi‑Site Experience – Significant experience within a large, complex, multi‑site organisation, with the ability to consistently deliver against demanding targets while balancing scale, consistency and operational pressures.
  • FM Systems & Asset Data – Proven experience using computer‑based Facilities Management systems to support asset management, planned and reactive maintenance and performance reporting across sizeable estates.
  • Building Management Systems Expertise – Strong experience of Building Management Systems (BMS), from specification and commissioning through to handover and end‑user operation within live, operational environments.
