Festive Bar and Waiting Team Member (fixed-term)

We are looking for a team of Festive Bar and Waiting Team Members who love the spirit of Christmas and will help deliver the magic to our guests. You will provide a professional service, ensuring the highest standards are maintained to give the best possible experience.
Your day-to-day duties will include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, maintaining a clean working environment and spreading festive cheer.
Please note that to apply for a role with us, you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Woburn Forest, as it is not easily accessible by public transport. If you plan to use public transport, plan your journey before applying.
Hours of work
Flexibility will be required as our village is open 365 days a year, so you may need to work some evenings and weekends on a rota basis. We have the following contracts available in the following units:
Hucks – working either 64 or 48 hours per 4-week period, fixed-term ending 24 December 2025.
Sports Cafe – working 48 hours per 4-week period, fixed-term ending 28 February 2026.
About You
- Any experience of working in a customer-facing role is ideal but not essential as training will be provided, and you will be supported by a team.
- Good communication skills with a patient and friendly nature
- Passion to provide great customer service
- Enjoy working as part of a team
