Aqua Sana Forest Spa is an award-winning spa offering a combination of experiences, products and treatments. Each spa – one at each Center Parcs location – is uniquely designed, with up to 25 spa experience rooms to explore. There is also an extensive range of face and body treatments available to book, carried out by expert therapists using products from the finest product houses including Elemis, Comfort Zone and VOYA.
Aqua Sana Forest Spa is extremely popular and is accessible to both guests staying on the Village as a Center Parcs guest, and external guests who visit Aqua Sana Forest Spa during Spa Days and Spa Breaks.
EXPRESS BEAUTY THERAPIST | £13.69 per hour
Reporting to the Aqua Sana Manager, you will provide professional express treatments including express facials, threading, manicures, makeovers, brows, and gel nails, ensuring the highest standards are maintained to give the best possible experience.
You will also recommend retail products and offer skincare and homecare advice to all guests after treatment.
Working as part of a team, the role requires a professional but outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.
What is the difference between Express and Beauty Therapy?
Express Therapist
= a position for those that currently hold an NVQ Level 2 and are working towards their Level 3. Including duties such as nails, facials, and eyebrows. The long-term goal is for us to develop you to become a full Beauty Therapist once you receive your level 3. Making it a fantastic position for gaining experience.
Beauty Therapist
= a full qualified therapist, performing duties such as full body massages, a greater range of facials, body scrubs, waxing, and more This is a role for those that hold an NVQ Level 3 and is the next step from Express Therapist.

HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 48 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
About You
Essential requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and good attention to detail
- Level 2 Beauty qualification or equivalent
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
- Ability to utilise excellent time management skills and use own initiative and teamwork
Desirable requirements:
- Previous experience working with a well-known beauty brand
- Previous experience working within a spa / beauty environment
- Proven retail experience
