Overview
At Center Parcs all our accommodation has been designed and built to the highest standards. Our Housekeeping team maintains more than 700 units of accommodation, including apartments, penthouses, lodges and treehouses, as well as public areas and office spaces. This is the largest team in each Village, and shifts can vary from day to day.

Role: Cleaner – Central Buildings
Salary: £12.37 per hour with an additional 10% enhanced rate between 00:00 and 07:00.
Within this role you will perform general cleaning duties of public and staff areas, including restaurants, toilets, shops and office spaces. You will use industrial cleaning equipment, replenish toiletries and report any defects.
Hours of Work
We have the following contracts available on a flexible basis. Hours and days of work may vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours per period.
- 48 hours per 4-week period – 20:00 to 00:00, 3 days a week with alternating weekends
- 64 hours per 4-week period – 20:00 to 00:00, 4 days a week with alternating weekends
Must be aged 18 years or over due to working hours. Please state your desired contracted hours from the options above in the suitability section of your application form.
As our village is open 365 days a year, your working hours will include public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis.
Please note that to apply for a role with us, you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Woburn Forest, as it is not easily accessible by public transport. If you plan to use public transport, please plan your journey as part of your application.
About You
You don’t need any experience in cleaning as full training will be provided and you will be surrounded by a supportive team.
If you can bring the following qualities and skills then we’d love to hear from you:
- Good communication skills – confident to talk to guests and your colleagues
- An awareness of general standards of cleanliness and a keen eye for detail
- Basic technology literacy (for example, use of tablets, apps, smartphone functions)
Due to the sensitive nature of this role the successful applicant will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check. This disclosure, together with other selection information, will need to be satisfactory to the Company for employment to commence.
