Village Content Producer – South

Location: Woburn Forest / Longleat Forest. Working across multiple villages, you will be based at the Forest House (HQ) with regular travel between Wiltshire, Bedfordshire, and Nottinghamshire. The role is hybrid.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Produce and coordinate content shoots, working with village teams to enable production with minimal disruption to guests.
  • Champion the brand personality and tone of voice, shaping content guidelines and bringing distinctive storytelling to each village.
  • Deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content for Center Parcs and all associated sub‑brands and events, including ESG initiatives and key communications for sub‑brands such as Aqua Sana Forest Spa and in‑house food, beverage, and leisure offerings.
  • Edit and adapt content into multiple formats, repurposing assets from one production to maximise reach across owned and paid channels.
  • Proactively generate creative ideas, identifying opportunities and suggesting stories for the content calendar to keep channels fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with specialist creators—photographers, videographers, animators, and other creatives—to support production, drive engagement, and showcase the brand authentically.
  • Work with the wider social team to develop engaging, social‑first content (images, videos, copy/caption ideas, stories) across key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, in collaboration with the Forest House marketing team.

Your Working Hours

Contracted to work 150 hours per four‑week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times (earliest 7 am, latest 7 pm) to accommodate dynamic work.

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel to various UK locations on a frequent weekly basis
  • Willingness to work occasional irregular hours for photoshoot content outside standard village operating hours
  • Previous experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in entertainment, travel, or hospitality
  • Experience of commercially driven social media content creation with a strong portfolio of work
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Excellent writing, creative, and communication/presentation skills
  • Creative storytelling ability: generate ideas, plan and script content, present concepts using mood boards or storyboards

Desirable Requirements

  • Confidence in framing and filming raw content and capturing imagery using mobile devices or cameras; strong photography, videography and editing skills including graphics and sound
  • Familiarity with Brandwatch, Sprout Social and Facebook Insights
  • Experience with professional creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Canva
  • Ability to work within a corporate business structure, collaborate across teams, and build relationships with senior stakeholders
