You'll coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and creating memorable moments in a dynamic, physically challenging environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Set up and organise a variety of outdoor activities for guests
  • Maintain equipment and complete safety checks in line with company standards
  • Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented
  • Coach and supervise participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Your working hours

Please note that this is a fixed‑term position until 4 September 2026. Part‑time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. These shifts will fall between 8 am and 8 pm and you will be required to work 3 out of 4 weekends.

About You

  • Must be aged 18 years or over
  • Emergency First Aid at Work (training can be provided)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Physically capable to meet the demands of the role
  • Confident, sociable and works well in a team
