What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth
- Act as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager when required
- Monitor stock, portion control and ordering to manage costs effectively
- Implement measures to reduce food waste and maintain operational efficiency

Your working hours
- Full‑time Guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period; additional hours may be required
- Fully flexible over a 7‑day period
