We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Huck's American Bar and Grill team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

- Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
- Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 4th January 2027. Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7:00am and 11:30pm. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 80 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
