Woburn Forest | Circa £30,600 per annum plus tips. Leisure Bowl combines bowling, cocktails, snacks and evening discos for all-day family fun. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one. We’re looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Leisure Bowl team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
- Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
- Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Your working hours
Full-time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. These shifts will typically fall between 8am and midnight and will include working 3 out of 4 weekends.
