About the Position

Longleat Forest | £12.87 per hour plus tips. The Pancake House offers sweet and savory Dutch-style pancakes in a relaxed, family-friendly spot.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming and seating guests
  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks
  • Handling payments and keeping the dining space tidy
  • Supporting bar service (age restrictions may apply)

Working Hours

The Pancake House is open 7 days a week from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7:30am and 5pm. Guaranteed minimum of 84 or 120 hours over a 4-week period. Additional hours may be required as per operational needs. Includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

About You

We're open to experience but it's not essential – we'll provide full training. You'll thrive in this role if you have a calm, friendly and patient nature, a focus on great customer service, and confidence working as part of a busy, supportive team.
