The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

A range of quality own‑brand and high‑street restaurants and cafés, mixed with great food, family‑friendly menus, and a generous sprinkling of excellent service. That’s the recipe for success in our Food and Beverage department. At each village, the Food & Beverage department employs around 350 team members across nine restaurants, cafés, and bars, plus a production kitchen and five concessionary units such as Bella Italia and Café Rouge.

Pay: £12.37 per hour plus tips. All colleagues in the specified venues receive a discretionary service charge added to bills.

Day‑to‑day duties include:

  • Welcoming and seating guests
  • Taking orders
  • Bar service
  • Serving food and drinks
  • Handling payments
  • Maintaining a clean working environment

Some roles may require you to be over the age of 18; this will be discussed at interview. Applicants must be able to commute reliably to Center Parcs Whinfell Forest. If you plan to use public transport, please review our travel guide.

About You:

Any experience in a customer‑facing role is ideal but not essential – we provide all training. We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualities:

Hours of Work:

Working straight shifts, we offer a variety of hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Your days and hours may vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. The village operates 365 days a year, so your schedule will include public/bank holidays and rota coverage for Christmas and New Year.
