Every year our villages fall under a captivating spell and transform into an enchanting Winter Wonderland. With twinkling lights, glittering decorations and Santa’s Woodland Workshop, the forest comes alive with the anticipation of Christmas.
FESTIVE BAR AND WAITING TEAM MEMBER | £12.37 per hour
All colleagues working in the following restaurants: Rajinda Pradesh, Huck\’s American Bar and Grill, The Pancake House, Sports Café, The Lakeside Inn, Forester’s Inn and Vitalé Café Bar will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. The majority of our guests are happy to reward our colleagues for their excellent service.
We are looking for a team of Festive Bar and Waiting Team Members who love the spirit of Christmas and will help deliver the magic to our guests. You will provide a professional service, ensuring the highest standards are maintained to give the best possible experience.
Your day-to-day duties will include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, maintaining a clean working environment and spreading festive cheer.

HOURS OF WORK
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 15th January 2026
We have various full and part-time contracts available with a variety of shift patterns. Flexibility will be required as our village is open 365 days of the year, so you may need to be able to work some evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
Must be fully flexible including weekends. Hours of work range from 08:00 hrs – 22:00 hrs. Mixture of contract sizes available. 64 hrs, 96 hrs, 128 hrs and 160 hrs.
About You
- Any experience of working in a customer-facing role is ideal but not essential as we will provide all the training you need, and you will be surrounded by a supportive team.
