With up to 200 indoor and outdoor activities available, Center Parcs is the perfect place for families to try something new together. The Leisure team plays a key role in ensuring families feel confident, safe and happy during their activity, whatever their age or ability. There are many opportunities in the Leisure team, and our offering of activities continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Helping with setting up beach side activities
- Hiring out of wet suits
- Payment handling and operating the till
- Manning the Adventure Golf kiosk
The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative. Please note that to apply for a role with us, you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Elveden Forest, as it is not easily accessible by public transport.
Hours of Work:
You will be contracted to work 60 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. Your earliest shift time will be 7.30am and your latest will be 7.30pm. You must be flexible across all days including weekends. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

Essential requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
- Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues
- Works well in a team
Desirable requirements:
- Able to use computer systems
- Willingness to undertake relevant Watersports qualifications (i.e., Powerboat Level 2) to aid in succession planning within the department
