Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest. Lead the day-to-day operations of Aqua Sana Forest Spa. In this hands‑on role, you'll ensure exceptional guest experiences, motivate a team and drive commercial success during your shifts.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee smooth spa operations and uphold high service standards
  • Handle guest enquiries and take accountability for daily performance
  • Lead, motivate and support a large team to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Own a specialist area (Service, Therapy or Experience) while remaining flexible across all areas

Your working hours:

  • Part‑time contract, with shifts falling between 6am and 10pm
  • Contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 hours over a 4‑week period. Additional hours may be required based on operational needs
  • Includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

About you:

  • Experienced in customer service and people management
  • Approachable and supportive with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Hold at least one of the following qualifications: Level 3 Beauty, NPLQ, PPO, Training Assessor, or equivalent, or willingness to undertake training
