What you'll be doing:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome and respond to guest queries efficiently.
- Support the smooth operation of the spa, working collaboratively with the wider team.
- Maintain high standards across spa areas, reporting issues when required.
- Lead complimentary wellness sessions and manage bookings using the spa system.

Your working hours:
- Part‑time contract, fully flexible.
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 75, 96 or 120 hours over a 4‑week period.
