We're looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Restaurant Runner team. You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
- Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
- Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards

Your working hours:
- Restaurant Runner is open 7 days a week from 3pm to 10pm
- Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 2pm and 10pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
