Lead the way up, empower guests to conquer, climb and soar. Join our team and deliver fun, safe and memorable activity experiences for guests. In this hands-on role, you’ll coach and supervise a range of adventure sessions while ensuring all equipment and safety standards are maintained to the highest level.
What you’ll be doing:
- Instruct and supervise activities such as aerial adventure, climbing and tree trekking
- Meet and engage guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience
- Set up, inspect and maintain equipment in line with company safety guidelines

Your working hours:
- Part-time contracts, shift start times vary between 8:00am and 10:30am and shift lengths fall between 7.5 and 8.5 hours a day
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 to 120 hours over a 4-week period.
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes bank holidays
About you:
- Must be aged 18 years or over
- Ability to perform under pressure with good communication skills
- Physically capable to meet the demands of the role and comfortable working at height
- Confident, sociable and works well in a team
