The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.

Help keep the forest feeling fresh. Be part of the team that keeps our shared spaces clean, welcoming and ready for families to enjoy. You'll help look after our Subtropical Swimming Paradise, Aqua Sana Forest Spa, restaurants, shops, toilets and staff areas.

What you'll be doing:

  • General cleaning across changing rooms and guest areas
  • Patrol and clean leisure facilities, restaurants, shops and office spaces
  • Welcome guests into the Subtropical Swimming Paradise
  • Work effectively in hot and humid conditions (our Subtropical Swimming Paradise is heated to 29.5°C year-round)

Your working hours:

  • Full‑time and part‑time contracts, with shifts falling between 5:30am and midnight
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours up to 150 hours over a 4‑week period.
  • You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you:

  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of general standards of cleanliness
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Basic technology literacy (e.g. use of tablets, apps and smart phone functions)
  • Must be aged 18 years or over
  • You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
