The Pancake House offers sweet and savoury Dutch-style pancakes in a relaxed, family-friendly spot. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one. Join our Pancake House team, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service. You'll handle orders, serve food and drinks and play a key role in creating great experiences.

What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming and seating guests
  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks
  • Handling payments and keeping the dining space tidy
  • Supporting bar service (age restrictions may apply)

Your working hours:

  • The Pancake House is open 7 days a week from 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7:30am and 5pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4-week period.
  • You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
