Huck’s American Bar and Grill brings bold, flavour-packed American dishes and a warm welcome. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one. Join our Huck’s American Bar and Grill team, where you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service. You’ll handle orders, serve food and drinks and play a key role in creating great experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Handling payments and keeping the dining space tidy
- Supporting bar service (age restrictions may apply)

Your working hours:
Huck’s American Bar and Grill is open 7 days a week from 4pm to 10pm. Part‑time permanent and fixed‑term (until 31st December 2026) contracts available, with shifts falling between 11am and 11pm. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48, 80 or 110 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
