Help keep the forest feeling fresh. Join our team as an Accommodation Standards Team Member. You'll help maintain and improve standards, promoting a 'right first-time' approach to deliver an outstanding guest experience and meet departmental goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Complete Guest Ready Checks to ensure accommodation meets company standards
- Log and resolve cleaning issues where possible, escalating when needed
- Report faults via the company fault reporting system
- Meet targets for completed checks and guest satisfaction scores

Your working hours:
- Full‑time permanent and fixed‑term (until 20th May 2027) contracts available, shifts are 11am to 5pm on Mondays and Fridays
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4‑week period.
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes bank holidays
