We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Steward / Porter to support our kitchen team. This role involves waste disposal, deep cleaning and operating pot‑washing equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Dispose of kitchen waste safely and hygienically
  • Deep clean kitchen and wash‑up areas
  • Sweeping, mopping and operating pot‑washing machinery

Your working hours:

Part‑time, shifts fall between 1:00 pm and 11:30 pm. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 or 128 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes evenings and weekends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. No previous experience is required.
