Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines
- Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards
Please note Trainee candidates must attend a 5-day NPLQ course and employment will be subject to passing the course.

Your working hours:
Part‑time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 75 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test. Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
