What you'll be doing:

  • Carry out risk assessments, safety audits and monthly health and safety checks across departments.
  • Coordinate biannual Legal training and annual refresher sessions with full compliance.
  • Monitor and support Legal training for new starters, including online modules.
  • Audit training records and staff transfers to ensure policy adherence.

Your working hours:

  • Part‑time contract, fully flexible.
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours over a 4‑week period.
  • You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
  • This role includes weekends and bank holidays.

  • Strong understanding of Housekeeping operations and legal compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in using PC‑based learning systems.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
