Overview

Sports Café serves hearty meals and shows live sports in a lively, family-friendly setting. We’re looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Sports Café team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you’ll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
  • Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
  • Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Working hours

Full-time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
