Longleat Forest | £30,600 per annum plus tips. Vitalé Café Bar serves Mediterranean-style dishes and drinks in Aqua Sana Forest Spa. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one. We’re looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Vitalé Café Bar team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards.

In this role, you’ll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
  • Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
  • Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Your working hours:

  • Vitalé Café Bar is open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm
  • Full‑time contract, with shifts falling between 8:30am to 8:30pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period.
  • You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
