We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
- Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
- Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Your working hours:
Full-time Guaranteed minimum of 140 hours over a 4‑week period; may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
