Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest. As a Spa Experience Host at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxing experience with your warm welcome and commitment to exceptional service.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide a warm, professional welcome and respond to guest queries efficiently.
- Support the smooth operation of the spa, working collaboratively with the wider team.
- Maintain high standards across spa areas, reporting issues when required.
- Lead complimentary wellness sessions and manage bookings using the spa system.

Your working hours:
We have both permanent and fixed-term (until 14th January 2027) part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 6am and 9:30pm. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 or 120 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
