Whinfell Forest Sports Café serves hearty meals and shows live sports in a lively, family‑friendly setting. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will lead and coach the team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory‑level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns
- Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis
- Support back‑of‑house operations and work across units with varying service styles
- Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning
