The predicted salary is between 42200 - 42200 £ per year.
Keep family breaks running smoothly. You will be responsible for attending callouts and maintaining heating systems across guest accommodation and village buildings. You'll ensure timely repairs, preventive maintenance and deliver excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing:
- Carry out inspections and planned preventive maintenance
- Report defects and assist with general technical tasks
- Attend callouts and resolve gas and heating issues promptly

Your working hours:
- Full-time, working straight shifts
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes weekends and bank holidays
- You will be 'on call' during late shifts to handle any out-of-hours issues
About you:
- NVQ or SVQ in Engineering Maintenance and Installation in Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation Level 2 & 3 and a current gas safe qualification
- Previous trade experience (electrical or mechanical)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full driving licence (held for a minimum of 6 months)
