Join our Outdoor Activity Centre team as an Instructor, delivering fun, action-packed experiences for guests. You'll coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and creating memorable moments in a dynamic, physically challenging environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Set up and organise a variety of outdoor activities for guests
- Maintain equipment and complete safety checks in line with company standards
- Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented
- Coach and supervise participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Your working hours:
- This is a fixed-term contract until 27th August 2026
- Part‑time, shifts fall between 8:00am and 8:00pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 hours over a 4‑week period.
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings and weekends
About you:
- Must be aged 18 years or over
- Emergency First Aid at Work (training can be provided)
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Physically capable to meet the demands of the role
- Confident, sociable and works well in a team
