What you'll be doing:
- Delivering efficient and accurate People administration, providing first-line support to colleagues and managers.
- Ensuring consistent service delivery throughout all stages of the colleague lifecycle, maintaining data integrity, compliance and a strong customer service focus.
- Supporting projects, audits and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
- Working closely with the village and Forest House People teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end transactional process through to Payroll.
- Supporting the effective administration of Learning and Development activities, assisting managers, colleagues and the Talent team as needed.
- Generating relevant reports, uploading records of prior learning and ensuring colleague learning records are accurate and up to date.

Your working hours:
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 28th August 2027. You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Your working hours will typically be Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. However, flexibility may be required. This role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days home-working.
About you:
- Strong administrative and data input experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language.
- Excellent keyboard skills / systems experience.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Confidentiality and integrity.
