As a People Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive experience for colleagues across the business. You'll provide day-to-day HR support to managers and colleagues, helping to resolve employee relations issues, support people initiatives and promote best practices that reflect our culture and values. A key part of your role is championing colleague engagement. You'll work with the People team and managers to help build an environment where people feel valued, supported and motivated to do their best work. You'll also collaborate closely with People Partners and the wider People team to deliver consistent, professional and efficient support throughout the colleague lifecycle.
- Trusted advisor: Act as the first point of contact for managers, offering advice and coaching on performance and employee relations
- Collaborative partner: Work cross functionally with the Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent & Performance Partner on onboarding, learning and people projects to enhance the colleague experience
- An aspiring change agent: Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement and wider organisational change initiatives
- Colleague champion: Drive engagement, DEI, wellness and retention through data insights and proactive manager support
- Data driven: Use people metrics to uncover trends and recommend strategic solutions for workforce planning and retention
This is a full-time position with working patterns designed to support both our operational needs and your work-life balance. Our team typically collaborates during core hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note, this role will be hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days home-working (dependant on business needs).
